  • Membership : a paid subscription granting access to the Service.
  • Member / User : any person who accesses or uses our Service.
  • Add-ons : optional purchases such as tools, modules, or guides.
  • Residence : your legal location when using our Service.
  • FTA : Free-To-Air satellite signals that are unencrypted and accessible with the right hardware.

Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of our services indicates agreement with these terms. If you don’t agree, please discontinue use. Feedback is always welcome.

Our Services

We offer a technology platform allowing users to access Free-To-Air satellite content remotely, replacing the need for physical satellite equipment. This service enables live streaming of home country television across devices like computers, tablets, TVs, and phones.

We do not manipulate, rebroadcast, sell, or alter the FTA channels—we simply provide the tools for access. Additional features may include Electronic Programme Guides and personal cloud-based video recording services that comply with applicable copyright regulations and EU directives.

Membership Terms

  • Must be 18 + or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Service is for private, non-commercial use within authorised regions.
  • Access may vary depending on your location.
  • Accounts are personal, not shareable, and limited to one device at a time.
  • Proof of residence may be requested.

Prohibited Uses

You are forbidden from using the service in any illegal or unauthorized manner. Reproducing, distributing, reselling, or exploiting the service is not allowed.

Fees and Payment

  • Ongoing access requires timely payments.
  • You must maintain accurate billing and contact details.
  • Fees may change at any time without advance notice.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly memberships (Basic, Premium, Family) are refundable within 7 days if under 60 minutes of use.
  • Annual memberships are refundable within 60 days, minus the cost of months used.
  • Refunds are issued within 72 hours of approval.

TV Licensing

Paying the necessary TV licence in your country remains your responsibility. RichTVHub does not cover or manage these fees.

Data and Privacy

  • We use encrypted technology and respect GDPR guidelines.
  • Cookies and similar technologies help us enhance user experience.
  • Your private information is never shared beyond what’s stated in our policy.
  • Deletion of personal data must follow cancellation of membership and submission of a data-deletion request.

Content Limitations

Occasional content blackouts may occur due to broadcaster-imposed restrictions.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to deny or revoke memberships at any time, particularly in cases of misuse or breach of terms.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is,” without guarantees. Changes to features, availability, and third-party dependencies may occur at our discretion.

If any clause is deemed invalid, it won’t impact the validity of the remaining terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
